Green Media is led by its Founder, Arun Prasad.

Arun works closely with a team that covers every layer of live event execution. His role is hands on during planning and technical decision making.

The team includes:

Sound engineers who handle microphones, PA systems and live sound control during sessions and performances.

Lighting engineers who design stage lighting, manage cues and handle transitions between formal sessions and performance formats.
​
LED technicians and VJs who operate LED video walls, manage live camera feeds and control screen content during the program.

Truss and rigging crew who build the infrastructure safely and ensure proper alignment and stability.
​
On ground technicians who manage cabling, positioning, testing and venue coordination.
Video editors, motion graphics artists and graphic designers who create stage visuals, speaker profiles, launch films and LED wall content using modern tools including AI assisted workflows.

A large part of the work happens before the audience arrives.

Setups are often completed through the night so that everything is ready for morning sessions.
