ABOUT GREEN MEDIA
AV Technology Company in Kerala
Green Media is an AV technology partner for live events, based in Kochi and working across Kerala and South India.

For over 20 years, we have supported events of every kind. Government summits, corporate conferences, product launches, exhibitions, award nights, cultural festivals and large format weddings.
Each one brought its own challenges. Each one taught us something about what it takes to make technical execution reliable.

Today, we work with event management companies, agencies and direct clients who need one thing from their AV partner: that everything technical works the way it was planned.
The sound is clear. The screens are sharp. The lighting feels right. The transitions are smooth.
And when something unexpected happens, there is a team on ground that knows how to handle it.

That is what we do. That is what we have done for two decades.
How We Work
Most of the work that makes an event run smoothly happens before the audience arrives. Here is what that looks like.
STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING THE EVENT
Every event starts with a conversation. What is the format? How large is the audience? Is it a single-day conference or a multi-day program? Will the stage need to shift between sessions and performances?

We understand the event first. The equipment comes later.

STEP 2: VENUE ASSESSMENT
The venue determines most of the technical decisions. The size of the hall, the ceiling height, the acoustics, the power availability, the rigging points, the load-in access. We assess all of this before recommending any setup.

For venues we have worked in before, we already know the limitations and the possibilities. For new venues, we visit and assess before planning begins.

STEP 3: TECHNICAL PLANNING
Based on the event format and the venue, we design the technical plan. This covers LED video wall size and placement, sound system configuration, lighting design, camera positions, content flow and cue sequences.

Everything is planned as one connected system. The sound, the visuals and the lighting are not three separate plans. They are one plan that works together.

STEP 4: SETUP AND TESTING
Setups are often completed through the night so that everything is ready before morning sessions. The LED walls are aligned. The sound is tuned for the room. The lighting is programmed. The content is loaded and tested on the actual screens.

Systems are tested end to end. Transitions are rehearsed. Backup systems are in place. By the time the first guest walks in, every technical element has already been verified.

STEP 5: LIVE EVENT SUPERVISION
On event day, our team is on ground managing every technical system in real time. Sound levels are adjusted as the program flows. Lighting cues are triggered on time. Camera feeds are switched. Content plays on schedule.

If something unexpected happens, the team is already there with backup plans and the experience to respond without disrupting the program.
The Team Behind the Event
Green Media is led by its Founder, Arun Prasad.
Arun is hands-on during planning and technical decision making, and works closely with a team that covers every layer of live event execution.
LED TECHNICIANS AND VJs
Operate LED video walls, manage live camera feeds and control screen content during the program. They ensure the visuals on screen match the program flow precisely.

SOUND ENGINEERS
Handle microphones, PA systems and live sound control during sessions and performances. They manage audio levels in real time and ensure consistent clarity throughout the program.
LIGHTING ENGINEERS
Design stage lighting, program cue sequences and manage transitions between formal sessions and performance formats. They work closely with the content and sound teams to keep everything in sync.
TRUSS AND RIGGING CREW
Build the structural infrastructure for lighting, LED walls and sound systems. They handle installation, alignment and safety, often working through the night to have everything ready before the event.
ON-GROUND TECHNICIANS
Manage cabling, equipment positioning, system testing and venue coordination. They are the first team at the venue and the last to leave.
CONTENT AND DESIGN TEAM
Video editors, motion graphics artists and graphic designers who create stage visuals, speaker profiles, launch films and LED wall content. They work with modern production tools to deliver content designed specifically for the screens being used at the event.

A large part of what this team does happens before the first guest arrives. The setups, the testing, the rehearsals, the overnight work. The audience sees a smooth event.
Behind it is a team that made it smooth.
Why Clients Continue to Work With Us
Clients return to Green Media for a simple reason. When they work with us, the technical side of the event is handled. Fully handled. They do not need to follow up, double-check or worry about whether the system will hold up.

They get one AV partner instead of four separate vendors.
One team that plans the sound, the visuals, the lighting and the content together. One point of contact when they need something adjusted.

Over 20 years, many of our clients have stayed because of this. Not because we promised reliability. Because they experienced it.
